Lee Johnson hails from Believeland, aka Cleveland, OH. Lee started drawing and creating comics as a kid in the early 90s; superheroes, villains, and visual art were his companions while living with his late grandmother, who inspired him to give his all to whatever he was passionate about. By 2017, Lee had pushed forward with a vision to break out of his comfort zone and try his hand at actually publishing comic books, and a couple years later, he became the founder, co-owner, and Lead Illustrator of 50Fifty Comix Publishing.

Lee continues to blaze new trails in comic creation even as he words as a graphic designer during the day, creating apparel graphics, logos, and illustrating children's books. "What I believe defines me as an illustrator and designer," he says, "is my love to communicate visually as a way for people to gain perspective."
