50*Fifty Comix exists to give purpose to all those freelance, and "basement" illustrators and writers who have a vision of developing the next big comic. From Stan Lee and Frank Miller to Junichi Masuda and even Konami, we aim to create a voice and vision at least as big as these legends.

The story of 50*Fifty Comix began as the story of the two founding brothers of the company, Lee Johnson and Leonce Hall, III. The brothers were not raised together, but their love for meaningful storytelling and creative expressions was undeniable even at an early age. The two would finally meet and merge their skill sets: Leonce, the wordsmith and poet, and Lee, his illustrative counterpart.

The duo would expand into a trio, adding Lee's college friend Lynnesha Hamilton as the company's COO. Lynnesha, a fan girl herself, loved talking comics from day one. Her ability to organize, plan, and push the team is unmatched; and has provided a needed boost to the team. 

 

Here at 50*Fifty Comix, we stand strong in our hopes of developing a universe of entertaining series that not only create a following, but also pay homage to our comic predecessors, and hopefully inspire our readers. We endeavor to remind our audience that we're better together.
